The Crumbleys pleaded not guilty to four counts each of involuntary manslaughter.

personEmma Tustin, 32, inflicted an ‘unsurvivable brain injury’ on Arthur Labinjo-Hughes. She violently shook him and repeatedly banging his head against a wall. Callously took a photo of him as he lay dying in her hallway and sent it to his father, 29-year-old Thomas Hughes. Social services told Arthur’s teachers they had no concerns about his wellbeing and that any injuries were from boisterous play.

personBaldwin, 63, shot and killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, during filming for the Western, Rust, in New Mexico. Donald Trump had suggested without evidence that Baldwin may have deliberately shot his two colleagues. Assistant director David Halls, the man who handed Baldwin the gun and was standing near him when the tragedy happened, backed that claim.

Prosecutors described the couple in court as 'utterly ruthless, unthinking and pitiless' Judge ordered a minute’s silence for Arthur at the request of the jury.
