organizationDamar Hamlin, 24, suffered a cardiac arrest in the first quarter of Monday night’s game between the Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals. Hamlin was transferred to the UC Medical Center for further testing and treatment. He is currently sedated and listed in critical condition. NFL announced on Tuesday that the Bills vs. Bengals matchup will not be rescheduled for this week.

the Buffalo Bills

The game was suspended following Damar Hamlin’s collapse to the turf during the first quarter. Hamlin, 24, made a tackle on Bengals player Tee Higgins at 5:55 p.m. PT. After the play, he stood up briefly, before falling backwards onto the turf. He was given immediate medical attention on the field, including CPR.
